FlipFast ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the FlipFast mobile application (the "App").

1. Information We Collect

Account Information: When you sign in with Apple, we receive your name and email address as provided by Apple's authentication service. We do not collect or store your Apple ID password.

Photos: When you use the App to create listings, you may select or take photos of items. These photos are processed to generate marketplace listings and are stored locally on your device and, if you are signed in, synced to our secure cloud storage.

Listing Data: Listing drafts you create (titles, descriptions, prices, categories, and other fields) are stored locally on your device and synced to our cloud database when you are signed in.

App Usage Data: We track your daily AI listing generation count to enforce free tier limits. This data is stored in our cloud database and associated with your account.

Settings: Your preferences (pricing style, haptic settings, photo save preferences, onboarding profile) are stored locally and synced to our cloud when signed in.

Subscription Information: We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions. RevenueCat processes payment information in accordance with Apple's App Store policies. We do not have access to your payment card details.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and improve the App's core functionality, including AI-powered listing generation
• Sync your data across devices when you are signed in
• Enforce free tier usage limits
• Manage your subscription and verify Pro status
• Send you feedback responses if you contact us

3. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services, each of which collects information as described in their respective privacy policies:

• Supabase - Authentication, database, cloud storage, and edge functions (AI listing generation)
• RevenueCat - In-app subscription management
• Google AdMob - Advertising (free tier only). AdMob may collect device identifiers and advertising data
• Google Gemini AI - Used via Supabase Edge Functions to generate listing content from your photos
• Apple - Apple Sign In authentication

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase's cloud infrastructure with industry-standard encryption. Photos uploaded to our storage are protected by row-level security policies tied to your account. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data and listings for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data from our servers within a reasonable timeframe. Local data on your device is retained until you delete the App.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your personal data
• Export your data in a portable format

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
